Custom Crush
At Crush 525, we offer a complete vineyard-to-bottle custom crush service, combining traditional Georgian Qvevri winemaking with modern cellar technology.
We source grapes from trusted growers and premium vineyards, carefully selecting fruit at optimal ripeness. Grapes are received, sorted, and quality-checked before gentle crushing and transfer to fermentation vessels.
Fermentation is temperature-controlled, with extraction managed through pump-overs and traditional punch-downs to achieve balance and character.
Clients have full access to the production process, including data traceability throughout every stage. Our service is completed with on-site bottling and packaging, delivering a seamless path from grape to finished wine.
Wine Storage & Warehousing
Our fully automated, temperature-controlled warehousing provides secure storage for both custom crush clients and storage-only customers. With precise climate management, inventory tracking, and flexible access, our facility ensures optimal conditions and preserves wine quality from bottling through release.
Wine Tastings, Workshops & Seminars
We offer guided wine tastings for clients and visitors, as well as rental of our space for educational workshops and seminars.
