We bring you access to the most prestigious vineyards and properties with talented viticulturists who have a passion for quality and collaborate to work hand-in-hand with our winemaking crew. Every year, we collaborate with the best growers and most coveted sites. We continually search for superb fruit from preeminent growers, built up a friendship, and professional exchange of vineyard practices that finally result in premium quality and authentic wines.

We make wines from various grape varieties in different structures and styles, with partial skin contact or long macerations, and aging programs in barrels and reserves.

𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝟓𝟐𝟓 is the first innovative type of winery in Georgia through which customers were given the opportunity to become creators of their own wine, without having their private cellar and necessary equipment.

With the help of the professional team of 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝟓𝟐𝟓 winery, we provide the full cycle of wine creation, which includes vineyard and grape selection, pressing, bottling, and branding.

We are proud to announce that during our first harvest we gained 7 new partners – wine professionals as well as wine enthusiasts. Despite the challenges of the 2023 vintage, with common efforts we managed to get high quality grapes and create excellent wines which are waiting to be tasted by you.

    Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot.
  • Regions crushed: Kartli, Kakheti, Imereti, Racha.
  • Volumes crushed: 51,000 kg.
  • Wine styles – Classical as well as Qvevri wines.
